My mother and I are both Spg members. She had booked a stay at a Dulles Virginia Aloft for 4,000 points She recived a email from the property saying that the hotel was overbooked and she had been bumped. They sent her a email promising her a additional 10,000 points for the inconvenience. She never received either the refund or the bonus 10k. She contacted Spg and was told they couldn't help her only the property could. She contacted them and the person in charge was no longer with the company. She requested a call back and has never been contacted. What Can do to help her recover her points? Thanks Stefan Adams
