I had a stay at a Holiday Inn Express in London late December, and when I checked my account only the points for one of the rooms had posted. I sent a quick email to Priority Club to ask them about it (surprisingly they answered within 3 days!) and apparently they do not give points for rooms beyond the first one, even on the same booking. Is this right? Do other programs do the same thing? This is my first time actually booking two rooms. I had always assumed that you would get the stay/night credit for one room, and the points for the total spend (I paid for both rooms as one bill at checkout). Do Hyatt/SPG/Hilton have the same sucky policy???
