A federal court in Oregon has ruled that passengers on the no-fly list must be informed of such and given a real means to appeal; neither of those was possible prior to the ruling. The ruling includes some awesome quotes; this is one of my favorites: "The Court concludes international travel is not a mere convenience or luxury in this modern world. Indeed, for many international travel is a necessary aspect of liberties sacred to members of a free society."
