    Enterprise Rental had screwed up big time and I was left without a car (yes, I did have a reservation). Called Avis. Spoke with Pat (the location manager). She was extremely helpful. Got to the rental counter (neighborhood location) and she could not have been more helpful and nice. Avis now has 5 more rentals coming from me because of how she handled the situation. Takes so little to get more business; wish Enterprise would realize this.

    Very Nice! Had a locked key situation last year and Avis came thru big time and I was not even charged for the incident. Like you, they got a few more rentals out of the deal!

    Can't view the youtube from work but I will imagine repeated hard sells on insurance with increasingly horrific and improbable ways to dismember yourself and incur liability for the auto.
