Nice job today AE call center agent!

    2pm PST: Just spoke with a super friendly AE agent (possibly in VYR?) about my award booking, who picked up without even one ring! Then somehow she lost the phone connection, but called me back at home!

    Very good service! Nice job AE! I did not get her name, but this agent was excellent! Kudos to you!

    I think it is important that we recognize good service when we get (as it is often not the case with AE).

    I had a similarly exemplary encounter with AE staff last week. I received a call to tell me that my upcoming reward flight was going to be departing 10 minutes earlier than originally scheduled and if it was ok with me the caller would reissue the ticket and send me a new itinerary.
