    No, that is not true. You can earn frequent flier miles with your loan, by using a mileage earning credit card for your Paypal transaction, but there is no way to convert frequent flier miles into loans

    What happens when loans expire that have not reached their goal?

    You get kiva credit to relend to someone else.

    Thanks! I was curious about this. Does this mean that the person will not get the loan, can they reapply?

    Most of the time, they already got the loan and the MFI will have to get funds from their other lines of credit, with new changes at Kiva this isn't always the case now.
