I was struck by this line from the reporter: "Despite that, only one-third are worried about the safety of American flights."
Not sure she realized what she was saying, and I suppose on any plane some folks are always concerned about the safety of that flight, but holey moley, "only" one third of AA customers are concerned about the safety of the flights?
"To be worried" is a poorly defined concept here, and you wouldn't know what's a good number for it.
It's kinda like "breast cancer awareness" -- you have no idea what it is, what good it does, and why you need to send some strangers money to accomplish it.
