The new premium check in "lounge" at YYZ to be staffed by concierges is due to open any day now if it already hasn't. This marks another upgrade in how premium pax like paid J/SE's are going to be treated by AC.

It is directly across from the current concierge office which will close to the public once the new spot is open.

Never used the current concierge office although I have popped in on occasion to say hello. Doubt I would use the new "lounge"

So, if I might show my true colours of acerbicism and cynicism, arriving passengers at YYZ shall now receive the royal foot-rub treatment, but the concierhes shall have at the same time managed to concel themselves away from view by those of us who are but merely connecting from elsewhere within the plebian hinterland?

    Nrgh. Have fun.

Noob question: where is the current concierge office in YYZ? Never having had the opportunity to use it before, it's terra incognita to me.

Far right of the terminal. Door in the wall. No sign. Just past the ticket purchase counters IIRC.

Is this check-in for all flights or domestic only?

So under what circumstances would I want to use this "lounge"? Given that I check in online 95% of the time, I don't spend much time outside security.
