Does anyone know if AC has started using a new pillow in the pods? I got on AC619 today to find that all the the pods had these pillows. It's about 4x the size of the other one and actually has some density to it. I think today may have been the first time I've ever used an AC pillow for my head.

If this pillow gets much fatter, it won't fit into the seat without overhang. Are these big pillows in coach?

It's a horrible area that is rumored to exist in the back or airplanes :p but I haven't experienced in at least a few years and in fact only very rarely for several decades. :D I've been told that it has uncomfortable narrow chairs attached to the floor very close to each other. I've also been told that it gets much worse when people are in these chairs.

Onboard AC159 and its the regular crap pillows. Not nearly big enough to smother the hyperactive kids in row 5. Ooops....inside voice. Must use inside voice.
At least I know the FA and his J service is damn good.

Wow, nice shot of the pillow.

That looks pretty standard for an Exec First pillow right? I only have one semi-ok shot of the pillow from April 2010...looks to be the same?

Looks the same to me. I really have to start flying more international. This pure domestic trip stuff is causing me to miss out on great things...like pillows.

I had these on YYZ-HNL in the pod in July and was pleasantly surprised. Does anyone else sleep on their stomach in those seats?

It had the heft of my pillow at home, and I was glad to have it, but I think using that pillow in Y might be enough depth to press my face against the IFE.

That looks like the fairly standard EF pillow that has been around for quite some time. Was it different than normal??

mid flight snacks are either sodium or oil heavy (with the exception of salad and fresh fruits). I rather sleep than snack.
