Is it just me or does it seem the questions asked on ualsurvey.com have a new emphasis on "clean"

It seemed like the question would keep being asked for everything from the lav, the plane interior, gate area to the Red Carpet Club.

Just feels like SMI/J mantra of "clean, safe, reliable" is permeating the survey space now.

I noticed this too, and am glad they brought it up. I started complaining about the cleanliness (or lack of it) on domestic flights about 2 years ago. I've noticed huge improvement on regular UA, but not on UA express. In fact the rjs have been getting worse I think. I wonder if they forward surveys results and/or complaints to Skywest, Shuttle America, etc.

  3. I agree UA mainline has had a huge improvement, whereas the RJ are NASTY

I find that all the aircraft I have been on are all clean, the only exception seems to be in the galley area where the food carts are housed. I always see some food particles on the floor and this is before they are used on the flight, perhaps when the are taken away and re-supplied the area around and underneath them should be cleaned.

    The website states:

Congratulations to Rob Y. from Fresno, California, winner of 100,000 Mileage Plus® Miles for the quarter ending December 31, 2010!
