I saw this first mentioned on Live And Let's Fly. There are 4 clubs testing out individually-themed service items: Boston (BOS) Houston (IAH) Las Vegas (LAS) Orlando (MCO) I think it's interesting that they only chose one hub for this test, and two airports (LAS and MCO) that definitely have a higher leisure component. Here are a few pictures I snapped of food items at Las Vegas a couple days ago: I went into more detail on my blog post, but the presentation was a tale of two cities. In the evening, I was greeted by at staff member shortly after entering the club. She offered me two choices on a tray (the caprese bite and salmon pinwheel). The cheese and charcuterie station looked really good and there was an employee helping customers put plates together. In the morning, there were no servers passing the announced items. There was a hash brown bar where the cheese/charcuterie was the night before. It was a bit less inspiring than the evening presentation. It's an improvement, for sure. But, only if you're grading on a curve. The international airlines generally do a better job with their clubs. Has anyone tried any of the clubs testing out the new products?
