    Hi everyone,

I wanted to provide all of you a quick “head’s up” on our new pre-order and mail order duty free shopping options that will be offered during a trial period beginning today. Pre-order service is available on flights from the U.S. to London (LHR), and allows you to pre-purchase products from our online catalog at least 72 hours prior to departure with convenient delivery to your seat onboard. We will also offer a mail order service (no travel required) to a U.S. address for purchases of select items from our online catalog.

Additional details are available on our duty-free page on united.com.

I also assume that Global Services, Premier 1Ks, and Platinums will receive the 10% off benefit through this new program as well?

Nice gesture, but not a big deal. The DF catalog both on-line and in-seat was pretty "meh".
