New Concierge in Boston

    I just met the new concierge in Boston - Rose - at least on the phone as she called to tell me my flight has been cancelled.

    No office, but she can be found at check-in or near the gates.

    A long overdue and much welcomed addition!

    Indeed. The concierge at SFO this week mentioned BOS was getting one and that all major centers would also.

    Hope we get one in EWR soon as well. Makes up for not getting minimum 500 miles for the segments from YYZ!

    One thought I have about concierges in some of the spoke Cities served by AC is the connection traffic to long haul international flights. I see Americans on pretty much all of my international flights. Many of them may not be SE's but buy J products.

    That is true of YYZ-BOS. There are actually not that many international destinations out of Boston - a lot of passengers route through YYZ. I've seen flights delayed waiting for passengers connecting to the U.S..
