    Four cases of new service hit the headlines in the last 24 hours from United Airlines, Scandinavian Air and Ireland’s ultra-low-cost Ryanair. Scandinavian Airlines: Scandinavian Airlines began nonstop flights from Houston to Stavanger, Norway on Aug. 20, the Houston Business Journal reports. The two cities are major players in the oil and gas industry, the Journal says.
