Is it just me, or is the BA award search engine just enormously buggy? I have tried at various times of the day for the past few days to look for inventory (on both BA and partners) and always get this message Error Sorry, there's a problem with our systems. Please try again, and if it still doesn't work, you might want to try again later. Thankfully, I got a helpful agent over the phone (and only a 7 min hold time) who was able to waive the $25 fee, but I have had some difficulty convincing other agents in the past. Anyone else have better luck?
