Need manufactured spend strategy to pay down $50k on mortgage over several months. If the mortgage company does not take credit card payment, are there other payment strategies people have used to maximize travel point accumulation?

Sometimes there are ways to pay mortgage/rent with credit card but usually have to go through a service that charges about 3%

Does your mortgage company take debit cards for a small fee? That is one way.
Otherwise, the standard MS methods of Bluebird, Serve or Money orders would be your best options. If you maxed out your 5K a month on Serve or Bluebird, you'd pay that 50K down in less than a year. Reloadits would work, too, if you can get them!

My wife and I both use SERVE CARDS, convert them to MO, and then pay your loan.

I have not had a property loan since 95,

It is a good feeling when the loans are paid off,
