Need a contact at AA Advantage Program

    I have a situation where I would really like to speak to someone at American about systemwide upgrades. Does anyone know or have experience calling someone there directly rather than who might answer when you call the main number? I am currently EXPL

    If you are an Explat why aren't you calling the dedicated line provided you on the back of your status card?
    Surely that's by far the best way to get information about upgrades.:)

    I have called the dedicated line. They couldn't help. They connected me to advantage. I spoke to two people there and neither would help.

    There are knowledgeable people on these boards. However if people insist on posting vague questions here as to what you need help with you just wont be directed in the appropriate direction will you?

    I find the EXP agents generally very helpful so I will go out on limb here and suggest that what is being asked is probably outside the rules of the program.:)

    JonNYC probably knows more about AA systems and policies than any online poster. You might ask on Travelingbetter.com
