National Executive Status Never Given

    Hi-
    I was just looking at my National Status and noticed I'm only listed as an Emerald Club member and not Executive - This should have taken effect months ago - How could I go about getting this resolved? I have an upcoming trip to Hawaii which I would like to have this status in place for.

    You can email National to see what happened. They are responsive.

    Similarly, I thought that those who already held Exec. status would have it extended. My acc't. still shows 2/2015 expiration, not 2/2016 if an additional year were to have been added.

    I believe dropping an email via the website would be helpful.

    My status is valid till 2016 and not 2015.

    On a separate note, shop around when making rentals, you might be surprised.
