    I'm not sure I would want to be moved automatically; many of us have more complicated seating preferences such as forward window versus rear aisle.

    Also, what about seats set aside for elites? Can their system identify those seats if the passenger is eligible?

    ADDED: The website says that you must give them your FF number and PIN.

    The co-founders are former NW IT guys.

    Maybe this is the skeptic of me, but I just don't feel like giving out my FFN and its password/PIN to a third party. ExpertFlyer does well with its alert system in my opinion. Though I almost always get my aisle seat preference when my upgrade clears at T-100.
