I have been reading so much about MR and most of the MRs are in the states. Can someone post a MR from YYZ on star alliance? i tired the matrix tool to look for good deals. but can't find any with cpm less than 5 :(

really sad, i wish i live in the states

there is always a short hop to BUF. I usually take Megabus ($7) to BUF and start from there, and try to end up back home (YYZ or YTZ). I've flown for as little as $0.024 using this strategy.

    By using what? Hidden city?
Too bad there aren't buses for that cheap YVR-SEA....
I've had to hitchhike before to get there (my car was rear ended)

You don't need hidden city for that. traditionally a lot of the taxes are on the leg from Canada to the US. By flying BUF-USA-YYZ, you avoid many taxes, surcharges and airport improvement fees, etc.

The buses from YVR-SEA aren't too bad, also keep in mind that downtown vancouver to Sea-Tac is a lot further than downtown toronto to BUF.
