    General Mitchell International Airport is seeking approval to shut down one of its concourses in another sign of the rapidly changing landscape at Milwaukee’s airport.

    Under the proposal obtained by The Business Journal, the county-run airport would shut down Concourse E, the smallest of the three concourses with 10 gates. Delta Air Lines already has announced plans to move from Concourse E to Concourse D, leaving only United Airlines, which recently acquired Continental Airlines, on E using two gates
