Continental.com is having trouble recognizing and displaying what flights have posted to your account. In both December and January, I had flights that did not post (ARGGHH). After the required waiting period of 7 days, I requested the credit only to get an error telling me that the miles had already posted. I confirmed in my account that the miles were not there and then emailed email@example.com. I guess I'm off to do that again this morning. Double ARGGHH.
