Missing credits from Partner Promotion (Hertz)

    Hi everyone. I rented with Hertz about 2 months ago during its big multiplier promotion w/ Southwest (1 day gets you 1x, 2 days 2x, etc). While the .5 credit from the base rental posted to my account, the bonus credit (1 full since it was a 4 day rental) has yet to post. Do I need to contact Hertz regarding this missing credit or Southwest, and if southwest, what is the best way to reach someone regarding this?

    I would start with Hertz. You can fill out the "request credit" form on their website, but for something like this, I would e-mail their customer service department at the following address: Frequent_Traveler at hertz.com
