Mileage expiration clock not resetting after activity?

    On 4/17 I redeemed miles for an award. It's now a good 3 weeks later, and my account expiration is still stuck on 9/30/13. (My flight from 5/1 hasn't posted yet either, but that's another story.) Knowing of CO's love for intermittent sweeps instead of real-time updates, I'd hoped this might sort itself out once May rolled around, but that was clearly misplaced.

    Are other folks seeing this same misfeature?

    (ObDisclaimer: No, I'm not anxious about expiration that's over a year away. Not yet, anyway.)
