    Finally was able to see it now that I'm home from work. :)

    Having done LHR-JFK-IST-AMS-JFK-LHR that weekend (we were on the same JFK-IST flight)...I was fully aware of exhaustion...but would, and am going to, do so again in 2013.

    Cool MR. I don't think I could do such a run in a weekend (the longest MR I have done is EWR-IAH-HNL-IAH-EWR with a almost 2 days in HNL). I would really be tempted to stop over for at least some sightseeing in IST and AMS.
    As a UA Million-miler, my wife gets an elite status matching mine so she occasionally encourages me, especially when she gets to go too.

    Overall, it went pretty well. We saw quite a bit of IST in a short time - it's a great city and I'll probably do two days the next time. The low point was when I got to AMS, where I had a 2.5 hour layover. I was exhausted. A solid nap to JFK and a run into the city for a late lunch and I was good to head back to LHR!
