    It seems that a coach (steerage) class passenger was upset when he had to sit in the cheap seats, and AA wouldn't permit him to sit in a better seat in bc/fc! And Mets pitcher Latroy Hawkins most certainly wasn't sitting in the cheapo seats, and he helped to subdue the unruly passenger!
    I'm certainly not condoning the passenger's behavior, but isn't it a bit unusual for the fc passengers to help subdue the coach class ones? Are the airlines promoting unruliness by their unwillingness to complimentarily upgrade folks into a better seat that is empty? Pitting fc passengers against cc ones?
    Just a bit curious...
