Does anyone share my thoughts that the Marriott phone rep's are vastly under trained? I am relatively new to Marriott (1yr) and on several occasions I have asked various questions of the desk rep's and get a different answer from as many as three people. Quit amazing imho. I love Amex and have for many years and I also find Hilton to be the best and most knowledgeable staff of the various hotel reward programs. Guess my days with Marriott are limited.
