Marriott Singapore Service Suck!

    Was supposed to Stay 7/6-7/12 in Marriott but was shocked at the service. Getting asked to sign receipt before you start your breakfast WTF it has never happened to me in all these years considering I stay at least 30 nights or so in various hotels. At check it around 1 am midnight receptionist was very unclear of facilities availed to us? Do we have internet if so How do we get it. Asked to show proof that we are from the company we said we were from so we could avail of corp dicount which our corp travel agent booked for us. Serious!. So we decided to check out and they wanted to penalize us 1 min night stay since we didn't inform them 1 day in advance. Whats happening to business travelers who has a change in his schedule. Not recommend them to stay here at all. Moved to Intercontinental Singapore on 7/9 and have been happy with service and price. Rooms are even better then Marriott. Only saying grace was that room service was significantly better there. Will never stay here again.
