    New loyalty benefits are on the way! As you know, our three loyalty programs will become one on August 18. We're working hard to ensure a smooth transition, and we wanted you to be aware of a few planned outages so that you can plan accordingly. These outages will impact Marriott.com, the Marriott and Ritz-Carlton mobile apps and our call centers.

    - Starting tonight, leading up to August 18, you may experience temporary disruptions logging into your Rewards account or using points. These outages are scheduled during the overnight hours Eastern Time (ET). These outages will not impact SPG.com or the SPG mobile app.

    - Our systems will also be down much of August 18, starting in the early morning hours Eastern Time (ET), in an effort to launch your new program and member experience.
