Marriott Rewards activity broken?

    Hi all,

    Since yesterday, I've been trying to check on my Marriott Rewards activity (as well as trying to find a mention of my free night certificate from the Megabonus promo), but I keep getting the following:

    "Unable to Sign In
    We're sorry. We are unable to display your account information online at this time. Please try again later. Thank you for your patience."

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Me too - I checked my account because I saw your posting. I called Marriott Rewards and they said it is a problem in the system that should be fixed by tonight, and that it is affecting some customers, but not all.

    Following up - last night my account was still not fixed - I could log in, but the message said "you have had no activity for the past 13 months" and showed no reservations - --- both not true. But logging in this morning, 6 am West Coast time, it appears to be fixed and is back to showing the correct information.

    "Our records show no activity of this type for the selected date range. If you made a hotel stay more than 10 days ago and it has not posted to your account, please fill out a missing stay request."

    Same here.

    they suggested a reset and clearing of my marriott.com cookies and it did indeed bring back everything.

    Glad to know that helped....it is something in the usual toolbox of first try fixes for website access problems.
