    Bangkok could be very interesting. As long as the service stays Marriott, Mr. Schrager can design how he likes. If the service becomes Schrager style.....

    It would be a real boon when they could combine the best of both worlds, Marriott service levels and quality and Ian Schrager design sensibility!:)

    Amazing location for the Edition Hotel Bangkok beside a the W! Do I sense here some competition?;)

    This structure will dwarf the W ... but the Edition will be on the "lower" floors.

  8. I thought I had read Marriott has bought properties in south beach, London and new York to convert into Edition hotels which is unusual given that Marriott doesn't actually own many hotels.
