The London Marriott Grosvenor Square London has unveiled 130 newly refurbished rooms, the final part of a £3.5 million renovation project.

All 237 rooms at the hotel now feature a “stylish, contemporary design”, which the group says aligns with “the modern style of Gordon Ramsay’s award winning Maze restaurant and Maze Grill”.

The hotel is one of a raft of properties opening or being refurbished in London ahead of the 2012 Olympic Games.:)

Maybe London will finally get modern furniture and some LCD tvs. Almost every Marriott property I have stayed at so far still had the old CRT tube tvs.

Grosvenor House has had flat screens for 2-3 years now, following their refurb.

    Cheers.

The hotel has been getting mixed reviews lately, so will be interesting to see if the reburb takes care of that. I think the former GM moved over to St. Pancras.

    Cheers.
