This article reviews a Manhattan boutique hotel located in Nolita (North of Little Italy), at 30 Kenmare Street. Opened in 2011, this hotel features 9 floors "of contemporary comfort" with "smallish but not claustrophobic rooms", available in 8 configurations. With unusual minibar offerings (St. Germain elderflower liqueur), room views of the Empire State Building and the Williamsburg Bridge, a free Sips and Savories happy hour, loaner laptops, iPads and gaming systems, a 1:00 pm checkout, this boutique hotel may be worth considering during your next visit to the Big Apple.
