Man attempts to abduct girlfriend in suitcase after she dumps him

A man attempted to abduct his girlfriend of two years by packing her in a suitcase when she rejected his advances and tried to break up.

CCTV footage reveals the moment that 'Wang' dragged 5ft 3in 'Mu' through a hotel lobby at a hotel in the city of Xi'an in central China crammed into a wheelie black suitcase.

The extraordinary incident occurred June 15 last year when Wang asked Mu to relocate to his home town of Shenyang.

But his plan to take her there against her will was foiled when the driver of a car into which Wang was traveling heard muffled cries coming from his packed suitcase.
