Single-handedly? Isn't this an inefficient way to gain only associate membership in the mile high club?

Terrible journalistic standards. He allegedly "started....before being caught in the act". How could it be otherwise, that he would be caught in the act before he started?

Maybe this will make UA reconsider the provision of blankets on flights.

Comments here confirm my suspicions that MP members are a lot classier than "that other forum"...

Seat 18D? He should have used a window seat for more privacy. ;)

Is this the voice of experience?

18D sounds like a prime seat. I wonder if he was an elite FF.

That could go either way. While it would make situations like this more "discrete," it could also make them more prevalent!

As luxurious as they might be, it seems like the new SQ suites are just inviting similar behavior.

    I sure hope I'm wrong.

I was told when the SQ suites were first introduced that sex, including in the coveted "doubles", would be strictly forbidden. SQ apparently made a point of stating this at some reception they had in SIN to show off the suites right before their first A380 flight, IIRC SIN-SYD, which was auctioned off for charity.

And people worry about keeping blankets and pillows. Imagine how many people do not get caught.

I was in SYD when the services began. They showed the doubles open with champagne and rose petals on the made beds. Got quite a bit of tongue in cheek coverage there.

There was definitely a "no sex" admonition from SQ when the service began.

That was my point, which I realized I have not made clear. Why would anyone want blankets and pillows with this kind of shennanigans going on.

Perhaps he had seen this bit about the special designation for the month of May on the Joy Behar show.

:eek:Both the thread title and the headline of the news story say "single handedly" so we must believe the reporter who said specifically that he used a single hand.:DI assume that at least one person was watching carefully.:p

I wonder if this will prompt the faa to expand their warning announcements when it comes to placing items such as seats and tray tables, and "ETC" into their upright positions?
