IT IS good news for frequent flyers as Malaysia Airlines will be introducing new features in its Enrich Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP).
Key highlights include more attainable elite qualification criteria, enhanced elite tier bonuses for earning faster miles, easing of Platinum qualification, greater savings for online flight redemptions with 15% discount, new awards charts for less miles travelled, and electronic lounge vouchers for hassle-free and paperless convenience.
Senior vice-president (corporate marketing and loyalty programme) Datuk Raja Nordiana Zainal Shah said the company wanted to offer greater recognition and value-added redemption benefits for customers.
