Lufthansa plane list
on the bottom you can change between the fleets. domestic etc.
The entire CityLine fleet is missing. I found a smiliar list here:
Thanks for the list.
There is another list with a picture of almost every LH airframe:
Has anyone heard anything new regarding the names for future A380s?
D-AIMA (Frankfurt am Main)
D-AIMC (北京 Peking)
D-AIMD (東京 Tokio)
D-AIMF, D-AIMG and D-AIMH are supposed to arrive this year. Will they follow the pattern and call them New York and San Francisco? That still leaves open what they might call -MH. Has there been anything new?
I've read somewhere that D-AIMF will be named Zürich.
And here's the answer!
I heard it will be Zürich too. (LH hub name)
The one after that will be LH's boutique-style hub, though there is already a 744 named after it.
I have flown her many times.
The poor bird never recovered from the SMD2 mob and was sick in SIN for a while.
I think last time I flew with her was middle of Jan LAX-FRA ?
(D-ABVH with 50 year livery)
Did you notice any sign of damage upstairs - in row 84?
if they stick to hubs, should they name one London Heathrow
I never sit in row 84. Far too close to the FAs chatting all flight long.
Best to keep the PADs back there.
Then it should be Castle Donington!
No, the airport is called East Midlands.
Who cares about that poxy airport.
Zürich, eh? Works for me.
It will be interesting to see what else they pick. But of course, there will still be quite a few frames for them to have fun with.
Anyone want to lay odds on D-AIMF doing a promo tour to Switzerland before going into commercial service?
I'd put money on that.
Perhaps parked next to SQ345 ?
Maybe, but I doubt it. LH likes their publicity shots clean.
Have you ever been there?
haha, I actually have been !
Really? I thought it was for DHL and other cargo planes ?
Didn't bmi run a CGN-EMA route on an ERJ for a while?
