  3. I thought he had direct transfer. Is the direct transfer going to the lounge, with time to spare for upgrades there?

    Wasn't it a transfer? But didn't he ask to be put on the grading list on the other airport before?

    His gate was right next to the FCL and he did have plenty of time to quabble with the gate staff and call India.

  7. Well, if I know to have a personal agent in India, why try my luck with another unfriendly German? That's what the entire article is about, anyway. Bashing the West, hailing the East.
