    This year Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program of Hilton Worldwide, turns 25! In an attempt to celebrate enrolling more than 30 million members since its first member in 1987, Hilton will reward members for the next two months. To celebrate its anniversary, Hilton will implement the 25 Million Point Giveaway and the 25 Days of Winning sweepstakes.


    Now through September 18, 2012, the 25 Million Point Giveaway will award one member each day with 1 million HHonors points. Members can enter to win daily on the Hilton HHonors Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/HiltonHHonors. The celebration continues with the 25 Days of Winning sweepstakes from October 1 to 25, 2012. Every day for 25 days, HHonors members will be encouraged to visit www.HHonors.com/25days for a chance to win prizes. With all this excitement revolving around Hilton, lets take a look into the legendary loyalty program, HHonors!

    The program consists of four levels; Blue, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each separate level offers its own perks, and the amount of benefits increase as you advance through the levels. To become a member of the Blue membership, simply enroll online. This is the base level for the program. Some benefits of the Blue membership include expedited check in, late checkout upon request, express check out, and spouse stays free.

    After four stays or ten nights, Blue members move up to the Silver level of membership. At the Silver level, members receive 15% point bonuses, access to the health club, and other “elite only” rewards. Not to mention, Silver members also receive benefits at Hilton Grand properties and Waldorf Astoria locations.

    Silver becomes Gold for members after sixteen stays or thirty six nights. Gold members receive amenities like complimentary high speed internet, gold member on property benefits, and their choice of a list of benefits at various partner hotels like locations in the Maldives! The choices vary from point bonuses to room service and treats upon arrival.

    Those who reach the highest level of this program achieve Diamond status. The Diamond level is met once a member accumulates twenty eight stays or sixty nights. With this membership level, the member will enjoy all benefits from the levels leading up to it. Furthermore, they have perks specifically tailored for Diamond members such as access for you and a guest to the executive floor lounge, additional bonus points and spa benefits.

    Each tier of membership status offers it members great incentives for lodging with Hilton Worldwide. After 25 years of successful loyalty program management, and members that keep coming back for more, it seems only right that Hilton would thank its members with the point giveaways and sweepstakes coming up these next two months.
