    First time for this situation:
BKK to HKG on CX in business,
then HKG to PVG on KA in first,
then PVG to ORD on AA in first.

    1) Am I eligible for first-class or business lounges in BKK before departure? (First leg is in business but all others - including the overwater leg- are first.)

    2) Do I get to visit the flagship lounge at ORD? (It's my destination.)

    Thanks

You get F lounge access until you get to Chicago based on that. Arrivals access is not prescribed by the OW policy but AA may grant it for their own customers. If you are terminating at ORD you will ikely not get in as you would need a BP to get through security and to the lounge.
