Lounge Review: Qantas/ One World @ LAX

    Ever been to the OneWorld Lounge in the Bradley terminal at LAX? If not, you should! It is operated by Qantas, but is used by all of the OneWorld carriers operating out of the Bradley terminal. I had the chance to belatedly check it out (it opened in June, 2014), and it is a HUGE improvement over the old Bradley One World lounge. The old lounge was dark, had no natural light, cramped, and was so early 1990′s that I half expected Arnold to walk through while filming of Terminator. The new lounge, while still partially under construction, is airy, bright, has great food and service, and is really cool! What other airline lounge have you been to with a taco bar and chef or an indoor fire pit? I tried the Spicy Korean Kimchi beef (picture below), and it was really very good. For those in a healthier mood, they also had a salad bar, with quinoa and tabouleh options as well as kale caesar salad (picture below)!
