    According to LH chief executive (and A320 pilot) Carsten Spohr in an interview with Canada's Globe & Mail Report on Business, the airline buys 5% of the world's caviar production making it the largest single buyer of the stuff. And it's getting increasingly difficult to source, he claims.

    If they'd release more award seats, I'd make sure they'd need more than 5% of the world's production!

    Now that UA is improving their clubs, it will only get more difficult for LH to source sufficient caviar.

    I imagine the "caviar" available in the United Club is likely to be tapioca pearls flavored with the leftover dregs of a chum bucket.
