Well, if it is a two for one offer that the price is for one and two person are allowed to fly or am I wrong here? From what I read in Ralfs post it stated prices for TWO... [IMG]

The prices quoted are per person, but you have to buy two tickets.

Well, clever marketing guys. It seemed to be clear for me that those prices are indeed two for one. But in the fine print it's made clear that those are indeed prices per person based on two travelling together.

I should have seen it as there wasn't something like second person pays tax only.

9.000 euros for two to Miami. Not a special price anymore by any means... :-(

If the price was for two people it would be about one quarter of the usual F fare ex-Germany. Instead it's about one half.

Still a significant reduction to LH's normal ex-Germany F pricing.
(But of course still more expensive than other airlines with better F products

Thanks for clarification folks. I was really amazed by the prices and would have bought a ticket with no doubt but... :(

BA F pricing ex-Italy is lower than this all the time. I won't comment on EK F which to SYD/MEL ex-Italy costs less than business via FRA/BKK or SIN....

The prices are not too bad- but 10K for a couple just to start a vacation- and then to find out their seat is older than their children? Mmmmm....

    I will be flying ATH-DXb-SYD in EK F incl A380 F Suites for €2800 all in ...
The trip will also get me close to EK Gold ...whatever that is worth.
If the trip turns out alright I might actually give them more business in future.
The LH M&M enahcements actually turn out to be a liberating experience.
I'll be trying out more options in future.

EK Gold is good for two things:
    1) In IRROPS they actually treat you well
    2) OP Ups on busy routes

The M&M enhancements are quite liberating- I agree.
