Don't understand why you'd say "Samsung Galaxy Series" rather than something like "Android all models". Samsung hardly has a corner on the Android market.

    Edit: deleted incorrect information.

This is a brand specific poll and is about the Samsung Galaxy Models S1 and S2 which use Android of course. Wanted to see how many members at MP use them.

I am a bit confused on the numbers you are using. What is being compared? Samsung is the top smartphone seller worldwide. How exactly does HTC sell twice as many?

Sorry, you're right - but do keep in mind that not all of Samsung's smartphones are Android.

Of course, but neither are HTC's and they have waaaay more Windows phones than Samsung. At this point of time Samsung is the king of Android by a good margin.

It seems to me that this S2 is basically a China market play.... or...?

It seems to me that Lenovo is thinking to start off in this market in China where it has a powerful brand, and get some critical mass going.... maybe it can make $$$ and then invest that in new designs and try to get a piece of the more difficult non-China market....??
