So what's going to enable these new carriers to offer low(er) fares? Is their cost of labor going to be lower? Lower cost airports?
Same model as used by the likes of Ryanair...everything is extra above the fare paid
I can see them making more money on the cargo versus the passengers since the passengers will be checking a huge garbage bag full of clucking chickens.
What is kulula considered? I'm surprised someone in Nigeria hasn't (successfully?) started an LCC yet.
