    MOR THAN FOUR MONTHS WAITING FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF MY LOSS BAGGAGE EVEN THE COMMITTEE APPROVED THE AMOUNT AND EVERY THING

    I can't believe it!! You should make a good claim, because LAN is a growing airline and this kind of service makes them look very bad.
