I have never flown on Korean airlines before but used up the 120k Delta miles. I am booked on an awards travel for YVR-LAX, LAX-ICN and ICN-KTM. There are 2 non stop flights from ICN-KTM per week .

Do I need to be concern that the flight may be cancelled as it is only twice per week? Is KE reliable?

This will be in travel during April so the weather should be fine.

KE is a top airline. In my opinion one of the best in the world.

These are no more likely to cancel than any other, in fact departing Seoul perhaps even less likely because they won't have additional scheduled service so there's a reasonable likelihood something else would be cancelled to give your flight the aircraft it needs.
