Korean Air, America’s largest Asian airline, recently unveiled its new lounge at Los Angeles Airport (LAX).

The airline currently operates an A380 to Los Angeles twice a day and is remodeling the Wilshire Grand Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, a $1 billion project. Hanjin Group, which owns Korean Air, bought the hotel in 1989 and got approval from city officials for remodeling in 2011.
Hanjin Group is headed by Cho Yang-ho, who has said he has a vision that the U.S. economy will improve and that this is the best time to invest.

I was in the Korean Air lounge in Friday. Pretty nice, and the view out the window of the Silent movie scenes are pretty unique.
