    SKYPASS Membership Number Change Notice
    2015.03.19
Korean Air is changing the SKYPASS membership numbering system as of April 1, 2015, in order to facilitate our members’ use of automated devices and our partner companies’ services.

Your new membership number will be a 12-digit number, such as 1234 5678 9012.
(Existing membership numbers have 2 letters and 7-8 digits, such as BK12345678.)

You can easily confirm your new SKYPASS membership number on My Page on Korean Air’s website or through our mobile app. Your existing membership number will continue to be active even after the change of the membership numbers. Members with a SKYPASS-affiliated credit card are not required to acquire a new affiliated credit card. When your credit card is renewed upon its expiration, it will be issued with a new membership number.

A physical SKYPASS membership card will not be sent to you.* You can use our mobile app or your mobile wallet to present your mobile card, or you can simply provide your new or existing membership number to handle any SKYPASS business. For your convenience when travelling, sticker cards that you can attach to your passport are available in Incheon International Airport and Gimpo Domestic Airport.

    * However, new physical membership cards will be sent to SkyTeam Elite Plus members in the following order: 1) Million Miler Club members; 2) Morning Calm Premium Club members.
