This is odd. I initiated a withdrawal today and all looked normal. Then I returned to my portfolio page to find that my balance hadn't changed (i.e. the withdrawal didn't process.) Moments later, I got this e-mail:

Uh, ... I didn't ask a question other than, "Can I have my money, please?"

I've read other threads where similar withdrawal problems were met with e-mails specifically mentioning a problem with PayPal, but has anyone seen this one? It's the holidays, ... and I sure could use my money.

    Thanks in advance, everyone.

If you're sure you requested a withdrawal instead of asking a question, this sounds like:

    A. You may be asked to fill out their form attesting that you are not involved with money laundering activities. I received my notice over the summer and withdrawals resumed in about a week.
    B. Just a Kiva glitch. I haven't been able to log-in to Kiva with all the new functionality added using Chrome for a few weeks.

Re: B - Yeah, I just gave up and started using IE for Kiva.
We'll see how the week pans out. Thanks.

I also had to fill out the form about money laundering. Since then all has been fine.

That's weird. Kiva is working fine for me in chrome but is not working properly for me in IE.

Are you doing such large amounts that this is a reasonable question?

Depends on your definition of "reasonable", but I'd think that <$250 qualifies.

BTW, got e-mail from Kiva late yesterday. They're processing a manual withdrawal.
Sounds more like a technical problem than a raised flag.
